What is your return policy?
We offer a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can return it for a full refund.
what is the eligibility for return ?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags. If the product is returned after usage, with any kind of damage (Small or Big) or without original packaging, you will not be eligible for a refund.
How to initiate the return ?
Please drop an email to info@tocgwatches.com with your order number, return reason and attach the product images for verification. Our support team will verify the order and will initiate a return pickup. The product has to be handed over to the pickup agent. Our support team will inform you if we face any hassle with return pickups.
How will i get the refund ?
Once your return is received at our location and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your return.
If its approved, then your refund will be processed to your original payment method and will reach your account within 1 - 4 business days. Incase on COD orders, the refund will be initiated to your UPI or bank account in 1 - 4 business days.
Can i exchange the product ?
You can exchange the product once for a different one. The exchange window is same as the return window which is 7 days from the date of delivery. please drop an email to info@tocgwatches.com and our support team will guide you with the exchange.
How long does it take to process an exchange?
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your new item has been shipped.

What is the warranty period ?
TOC-G Watches are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is not covered in warranty ?
The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.
How to claim warranty ?
To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service through info@tocgwatches.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We will provide instructions for repair or replacement.
