What is the warranty on TOC-G Watches?

TOC-G Watches come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or water damage due to misuse.

How can I register my my watch for the warranty?

The warranty gets automatically activated from the date of delivery. You can claim your warranty by sharing us you order number, registered mobile number or email address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept COD, major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), UPI, netbanking, snapmint emi and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and whatsapp message with a tracking number and link. Use this number on our carrier's website to track your delivery.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged watch?
Contact customer service immediately with your order number and photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No, we do not offer gift wrapping at this point.
Are TOC-G Watches water-resistant?
All our watches are water resistant.Check the specific model's details for its water resistance rating and care instructions.
Do you have physical stores?
Currently, we operate online only. Stay tuned for announcements about potential physical store openings or pop-up events.
